Ivory Coast 2023/24 cocoa arrivals down 35% by Jan. 28

Cocoa arrivals at ports in top grower Ivory Coast since the start of the season on Oct. 1 had reached 1.008 million metric tons by Jan. 28, down around 35% from the same period last season, exporters estimated on Monday.

About 23,000 tons of beans were delivered to Abidjan port and 30,000 tons to San Pedro between Jan. 22 and Jan. 28 for a total of 53,000 tons, down from 60,000 tons in the same week the previous season.
