Oil loadings from the Russian port of Novorossiisk and a terminal of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) have resumed loadings after a storm in the Black Sea on Tuesday night, two people familiar with the matter told Reuters on Wednesday.
CPC declined to comment on its terminal operations. Transneft does not normally comment on operations in its ports.
