A full EU embargo on Russian oil products went into effect on Feb. 5.

Oil product exports via Russia’s Black Sea and Azov Sea ports fell by 20.5% to 3.229 million tonnes from 4.499 million, according to data from market sources, reflecting harsh stormy weather.
