Russia’s September exports of ultra low-sulphur diesel from the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk are scheduled to fall by 14.5% from August to 1.1 million metric tons, two traders said on Friday.
However, actual loadings could be lower this month as several Russian refineries have been hit by drone attacks, including Surgutneftegaz’s Kirishinefteorgsintez refinery, market sources added.
According to traders and LSEG shipping data, diesel loading from the Primorsk port has totalled around 625,000 tons in September so far.
