North Sea Forties crude traded lower than the previous deal in the Platts window on Friday, while Norway’s Johan Sverdrup was on offer.

Forties: TotalEnergies bought a cargo with Dec. 29-31 dates from BP at dated Brent plus 85 cents.
Forties was last traded in the window on Nov. 20, when Trafigura bought a cargo from BP with Dec. 12-14 dates at dated Brent plus $1.15 FOB.
Johan Sverdrup: Equinor offered a Dec. 11-15 cargo at dated minus $2.10 CIF Rotterdam.
On Thursday, BP bought two Sverdrup cargoes from Equinor, one with Dec. 14-18 dates at dated Brent minus $2.00 CIF Rotterdam, and one with Dec. 12-16 dates at dated Brent minus $2.30 CIF Rotterdam.
Johan Sverdrup is not one of the grades underpinning the dated Brent benchmark.
