Hydrocarbon production by Russian energy giant Rosneft is set to rise by about 5% this year after a 3% increase in 2022, RIA news agency quoted the company’s head, Igor Sechin, as saying on Monday.
Other news agencies reported that Sechin also said that the Sakhalin 1 project in the Russian Pacific has resumed oil production and sales and that Rosneft will deliver oil to India’s Nayara Energy refinery in volumes the plant is able to accept.
