Urals, KEBCO and Siberian Light oil loadings from Russia’s Black Sea port of Novorossiisk in March were set at 2.18 million tonnes, below 2.38 million tonnes in the February plan.
On a daily basis March oil loadings from the port will fall 17.3% from February, Reuters calculations showed. March is three days longer than February.
Novorossiisk will also load in March some 0.5 million tonnes of crude oil from February loading plan, as loading of three Suezmax and one Aframax vessels from the February schedule was postponed due to storms.
Kazakhstan has changed the name of the oil it exports via Russian sea ports from Urals to Kazakhstan Export Blend Crude Oil (KEBCO) to dissociate it from oil originating in Russia in order to avoid sanction risks and issues with financing.
