Thailand’s PTT has issued a buy tender seeking three cargoes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for delivery in September, according to two industry sources on Monday.
PTT is seeking the cargoes for delivery on Sept. 13-14, 22-23 and 26-27 on a delivered-ex-ship (DES) basis, in a tender that closes on July 15.
