Kuwait’s oil minister Bader al Mulla says a move by OPEC+ oil producers to cut their output targets is preemptive and aimed at supporting market stability, state news agency (KUNA) reported on Monday.
OPEC+ is focused on supporting the stability of the oil market, Al Mulla added.
