North Sea Forties crude oil differentials rose back to a premium to dated Brent on Friday, their highest in about a month.
Stronger demand is supporting differentials in the North Sea and related markets such as West Africa, traders said.
Forties was bid at dated Brent minus 35 cents on Wednesday, the highest since late December.
Refinery crude intake in December stood at 9.751 mln bpd, up 2.2% from November levels and up 4.2% from December 2021.
