Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday that the OPEC+ group of leading oil producers was making a contribution to the stabilisation of energy markets and supporting energy prices at a balanced level.
Peskov said that Russia was interested in continuing work with OPEC+.
The group on Thursday agreed to voluntary oil supply cuts totalling about 2.2 million barrels per day for early next year led by Saudi Arabia rolling over its current voluntary cut.
