Russian companies increased natural gas production by 7.4% to 708 billion cubic meters (bcm) in 2024 due to higher exports and robust domestic demand, Russian daily Kommersant reported, citing sources familiar with Russia’s Energy ministry data.
Gas supplies via the TurkStream pipeline increased by 22.4% year-on-year to 14.96 bcm, and via Ukraine by 2.2% to 13.75 bcm, Kommersant said.
