TTI Algeciras, a leader in port operations, has reached a historic achievement by simultaneously obtaining five international certifications after successfully passing a rigorous external audit conducted by Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services. This milestone, unprecedented in the port sector, includes certifications for the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015, Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001:2018, as well as the Good Practices Guide and the Spanish Ports Quality Reference for container traffic.

Additionally, TTI Algeciras holds the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification in its full scope, obtained on July 31, 2023. This recognition assures customers that the terminal complies with strict security and customs simplification standards, validated through a thorough audit conducted by the Tax Administration. Furthermore, it ensures that security measures, both physical and documentary, are rigorously managed and subject to periodic inspections that confirm compliance.

Bureau Veritas auditors have highlighted the effort and commitment of all TTI Algeciras Terminal members throughout the audit process.
