On August 15, 2023, Rosneft Oil Company completed payment of dividends for 2022 approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 30, 2023, in the amount of 17.97 roubles per share.

The total sum of payments amounted to 190.4 billion roubles. Dividends were paid to holders of 99.98% of the Company’s shares.

The total dividend per share for 2022, including interim dividends paid out of H1 2022 profit, is 38.36 roubles, and the total dividends distribution amounts to 406.5 billion roubles. This corresponds to 50% of IFRS net income for 2022 attributable to Rosneft Oil Company’s shareholders.

The Company adheres to its commitments to shareholders and pays dividends out of the net profit twice a year. At the end of the H1, the total number of Rosneft Oil Company’s shareholders reached almost 900,000, which is almost 4.5 times more than in mid-2021.

The Company’s securities are among the fastest growing on Russia’s stock market. The value of Rosneft shares has more than doubled on the Moscow Exchange since September 2022, with market analysts forecasting their further growth.
