Med crude-Urals diffs steady in quiet trade, Oct loading dates awaited

Urals crude differentials to dated Brent kept steady on Friday in quiet trade, while loading plans for Russia’s Baltic Sea ports and Novorossiisk for October have yet to emerge.

The Russian government is considering a complete ban on the export of oil products for a certain period of time in order to stabilise domestic fuel prices.

No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC Blend in the Platts window on Friday, traders said.
