Russia’s idle primary oil refining capacity revised up by 78% for March

Russia’s offline primary oil refining capacity has been revised up by 78% for March from the previous plan to 1.684 million tonnes, according to data from industry sources and Reuters calculations.

The revision follows several changes in Russian oil refineries’ maintenance schedules.

In April Russia’s offline primary oil refining capacity will rise by 86% compared to March to 3.132 million tonnes, according to the data and Reuters calculations.
