Russia’s crude oil loading plan from the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk for October has been revised higher by 80,000 metric tons to 1.97 million tons, two traders said on Monday.

November oil exports from Russian western ports are expected to drop by 13% from the previous month to 1.95 million barrels per day (or some 8 million metric tons) as refinery maintenance season is over.
