Monday, 14 October 2024 | 00:00

Urals crude oil differentials kept stable on Friday in muted trade, while Azeri BTC weakened after a deal in the afternoon trading window, Reuters sources said.

Libya’s national oil corporation (NOC) said it had restored oil production to levels before the country’s central bank crisis, reporting 1.25 million barrels on Friday.

PLATTS WINDOW

Totsa sold to Saras 650,000 barrels of Azeri BTC for loading on Nov. 1-5 at dated Brent plus $1.55 per barrel.

No bids or offers were shown for Urals or CPC Blend in the Platts window on Monday.

The Omsk oil refinery, Russia’s largest by production volumes, increased crude processing by 4% year-on-year in the January-to-September period, thanks to the modernisation of its facilities, energy giant Gazprom said.

Oil prices settled lower on Friday but rose for the second straight week as investors weighed factors such as possible supply disruptions in the Middle East and Hurricane Milton’s impact on fuel demand in Florida.
