Russia is fully fulfilling its obligations in OPEC+. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on Rossiya 24 (VGTRK) television, as per Interfax.
“We are fully fulfilling these obligations. In terms of compensation and in terms of increasing volumes, which were assumed in the previous periods. It enables us to ensure an increase of extraction for our petroleum industry. It is positively affecting our economy, the petroleum industry in general. Therefore, we will continue making all these decisions based on the need to maintain a balance of demand and supply on the global market,” he said on Sunday.Novak also said Russia will increase oil extraction by 42,000 barrels per day in October.
