Russia’s exports of ultra low-sulphur diesel (ULSD) from the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk in February are set to reach 1.73 million metric tons, two traders said on Tuesday.

That would be a 7.6% increase on a daily basis from the 1.78 million tons scheduled for January, because February has three fewer days.
