ESPO Blend crude oil loadings from Kozmino port to fall by 11pc in Sept/Aug-schedule

Thursday, 26 July 2018 | 12:00

The ESPO Blend crude oil ESPO-DUB loading plan from Russia’s Pacific port of Kozmino is set at 2.4 million tonnes compared to 2.8 million tonnes planned for August, according to a preliminary loading schedule.

Rosneft will load 1 million tonnes of the grade, Surgutneftegaz 0.7 million tonnes and small producers 0.6 million tonnes. Gazpromneft will load 0.1 million tonnes of ESPO Blend and Lukoil, which normally also has a cargo per month, won’t export the grade from Kozmino in September, the schedule shows.

Lower loadings from Kozmino port in September are planned due to expected pipeline works, which will take place at the beginning of the month, industry sources said.
