Belarus lifts ban on oil products exports – Belta

Wednesday, 22 January 2020 | 20:00

Belarus has lifted its suspension of oil product exports imposed during a row with Russia on oil pricing, the Belta news agency reported, citing the head of the country’s state oil firm, Belneftekhim.

Russia suspended oil supplies to refineries in Belarus from Jan. 1, though it partially restored them on Jan. 4, after both countries failed to agree terms on supplies for 2020.

Belneftekhim’s Andrei Rybakov added that Belarus has contracts almost ready for alternative oil supplies, according to Belta.
